Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PROFINDUSA (“we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

Account information — when you register, we collect your name, email, and (if you sign in with Google) basic Google profile details.
Profile and listing information — details you add about yourself, your brokerage, and any properties you publish, including photos, videos and tour links.
Inquiries — when you contact a publisher, we collect the name, email, phone and message you submit.
Usage and device data — basic technical data such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from a property address for map display.

2. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (such as dismissing this site’s cookie notice). These are necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Information

To operate and improve the Service; to publish listings and connect buyers, renters and sellers; to deliver inquiries to publishers; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; and to comply with law.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, including: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), Google (optional sign-in), Resend (sending email notifications), and OpenStreetMap (maps). Listing content and the publisher details you choose to show are public by design. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA), you may have additional rights to access or delete personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising them.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
